3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Solis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Solis offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the personal information and goals you provide. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to generate personalized experiences for you.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Solis (visualizations, affirmations, coaching responses) is created using artificial intelligence and is for personal development purposes only. This content does not constitute professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute or commercially exploit generated content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Solis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve specific personal outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
