Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.

Onboarding Responses: During setup, you provide personal goals, aspirations, and preferences to personalize your experience. This information is stored securely and used solely to generate content tailored to you.

Generated Content: Visualizations, affirmations, and journal entries you create within the App are stored in your account.

Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data such as session duration and feature usage to improve the App experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized visualizations and affirmations using AI
• To provide the manifestation coaching experience
• To store and display your journal entries and content history
• To process subscription payments through Apple App Store or Google Play
• To improve and optimize the App

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• OpenAI: To generate personalized script content. Your goals and preferences are sent to OpenAI's API to create unique visualizations and affirmations. OpenAI does not use this data for training.
• ElevenLabs: To convert generated scripts into high-quality audio. Script text is sent to ElevenLabs' text-to-speech API.
• RevenueCat: To manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• Apple / Google: For authentication (Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In) and payment processing.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission, secure authentication protocols, and restricted access controls.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

Solis is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Subscriptions

Solis offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Payment is processed by Apple or Google, and we do not have access to your payment card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings.
